Art takes time➯ I have the right to decline offers on adopts, trades, or commissions➯ Do not redistribute my P2U bases behind my back➯ Do not critique my stuff UNLESS I ask for it➯ Do not steal my ocs or use them in any way shape or form➯ I will most likely post the art i make, if it is something commissioned by urs and you don't want me to post it, just lemme know when commissioning➯ You can also just tag me if you are on Instagram, DeviantArt or ToyHouse
╔═════════════╗Commission TOS╚═════════════╝➯ Do not claim art I made for you as your own➯If payment is via PayPal, you pay 50% of the original price at the start, and once i have shown an ended part of your commission, you pay the rest. However if I dont see the payment after 3 - 7 days (UNLESS PLANNED OTHERWISE!!!) Then I will refund your commission.➯ I will show you the sketch to see if any changes are needed. If so, I'll tweak and show again➯ Major Changes only apply to sketches. Anytime after sketches, the art CANNOT be changed. Sorry➯ Canceling can only be done DURING the sketch phase➯ Please do not harass or rush me. Art takes time➯ I will NEVER remove my signature at all cost➯ My prices are firm unless stated otherwise. No trying to haggle my prices➯ Beggars not welcome. If you want free art, then please wait until I do requests➯ I have the right to reject commissions if it's out of my comfort zone or if they are closed
╔═════════════╗Adopt TOS╚═════════════╝➯ Do not claim the design as yours, please credit me properly➯ Do not trace, steal, refrence, or be heavily inspired by my art➯ Do not resell or trade until you had the character for at least a month➯ Do not resell for a higher price than it was bought unless it had extra art➯ When buying my art you are immediately agreed to when I use them as examples➯ No refunds➯ Holds for a week maximum, if not informed that payment can not be made before the maximum time has passed you will be automatically blacklisted➯ Reply within 24hrs or your bid will be invalid➯ You may redesign the adopt as long as its recognizable to the original design➯ Do not remove the watermark and my signature
